Project in progress called Roof Garden by Bezmirno Architects trying to make the perfect zoning, between the indoor and outdoor decor, living and sleeping areas. An apartment with 320 square meters is divided into two parts. The first is a common area that includes the kitchen, dining room, living room and cabinet. The second is a private area for sleeping and resting. It has a bedroom, two children’s rooms and separate bathrooms. The zones smoothly flow and complement each other. Therefore, there are no clear boundaries of apartment zoning.
The using of natural materials in the interior makes it environment friendly and adds a special style. Moreover, pastel shades make such a minimalistic interior more refined and atmospheric.
The glass atriums eventually complete the concept, penetrating the whole apartment from the greened terrace to the private zone. Thanks to the using of smart glass technology, the walls of the bathrooms are decorated in the form of glass partitions, through which live greenery becomes visible.
Huge, over 80 meters, a landscaped terrace is definitely a highlight of the project. Here you can not only have a good rest, but also cook on grill or barbecue and have dinner on the fresh air. In addition, the entry to the terrace is made from the kitchen side and it is quite convenient and practical.
In general, the interior of the apartment looks simple and refined at the same time. Green areas, glass atriums and unusual furniture make it even more unique. We also decided to play on color contrasts and combine light and dark colors in the interior.
The design of the project is completely different from the usual interior design of the apartment in a multi-store building. The interior looks calm, cozy, and durable. In addition, the using of the latest techniques of architecture and design will help it not to lose its relevance for many years.
