This Brazilian villa project is located on an uphill slot near the city of Nova Lima. Its location predetermines – first the great view over the city and secondly an architectural solution that searches the best harmonizing structure whit minimum topography interference. The architects from Anastasia Arquitetos succeed in preserving the natural indoor – outdoor float, the integration between the internal and external areas and the correlation with the surrounding.
The beautiful palm trees juxtaposed to stone walls, and wooden cladding have very strong natural suggestion. The project consists of three levels as the living areas are on the ground floor whit direct access to garden and pool premises and the more privet areas – bedrooms – are on the first floor. The underground level is preserved for spa and sauna leisure’s. The interior is decided in neutral color palette, with substantial and soft textures, functionally resolved with big contemporary furniture, most of which with beautiful wooden framing. Abundance of wooden cladding, glass framing and concrete base characterize the materials scheme chosen by the architects, which brings style and clear elegance to the interior.
