Cozy Looking and Futuristically Shaped Mediterranean Villa

0

Mediterranean style villa with a contemporary edge and welcoming interior. Defined and surrounded by three exotic gardens this modern creation of Paz Gersh Architects has its luminous white interior and turquoise swimming pool premise to thank for its summer-time emanation. The sunny, shining white interior base is not the only warm Mediterranean feature of this Tel Aviv-Yafo based family dwelling. The gardens spread throughout the villa premises are also decided in the same style – one of them is a roof-garden towards which the master suite opens. In the other two; eucalypt trees and flora typical for the Mediterranean climate refresh and bring lively charm to this home.

The interior of the house, with its wide windows and floor-to-ceiling glass doors, keeps uninterrupted link and free float to the exterior surrounding.  The furnishing and material choices are modern, functional and dynamic. Wooden floors interact with shining surfaces, cozy looking and futuristically shaped furniture pieces are illuminated by designer’s lamps and the high-quality materials are guaranteeing comfortable life. The color scheme is mainly monochromatic in the white – beige – gray spectrum but cleverly pinched up by vital color additions like the violet lounge or the mustard – yellow backs of the living room chairs – a vase here, an artistic element there – in fresh colors or intriguing shapes spice up the space.  Photographs: Amit Geron
