Nendo’s collaboration with Coca-Cola sees the upcycling of the soft drink manufacturer’s classic contour bottle, in the form of glass blown tableware. The drinking vessel was designed by Earl R. Dean in the early 1900s and has become synonymous with the coca-cola brand ever since, being collected, washed and recycled to be used over and over again. Now, Nendo has created ‘bottleware’ as a means of bringing focus to the design piece on another level. via
