Mastro Work Table for De Castelli

Conceived by Italian Studio Gum Design, Mastro is a furniture piece whose formal structure is derived from of old work tables and benches found in a craftsman’s workshop. Developed for Italian furniture company De Castelli, the table is composed of a top surface made from an acid-etched iron sheet which is folded over to create slotted rails whereby two firwood trestles are contained for means of compact storage. via
