Yaletown Loft
26.11.2010
This is the ultimate bachelor pad for the ultimate bachelor client. It is a designated Heritage class residence (by Vancouver standards) 1921 Warehouse that was converted into condo/lofts in 1996. The owner purchased this loft in late 2006 and in early 2007 woke up one day in opened up a standard drywall facade and discovered 100 year old brick behind it. That started the machine in motion for a couple of months and then demolition as there was no plan. via
