Modern House in Metal Frame
19.02.2010
House near Geneva, designed by Swiss architect Christian Geissbuhler. Construction, consisting of simple volumes with concrete walls and large windows, has an external metal frame. Architectural elements underscore the commitment of the architect’s ideas of constructivism. Unlike colleagues who worked in the second quarter of the XX century, Christian did not intend to “defy nature”, on the contrary, he skillfully embodied in the life of the main demand of the customer and built the building in which the comfort and convenience, typical for a modern villa, is one of the components harmony with nature.
